The KOCH'S HYDRAULIC CHAIR was advertised in the brochure I found with other items from the shop. My fathers shop had a different style in the photos as these came out well before the Paidar porcelain-enamel ones.
These were advertised in all the barber journals and by local sales distributors with their ads. This authentic reproduction was used to price, market, and order their supplies to the barbershops. The sign measures 8 1/2" by 9 1/2"

where this was to be sold or used. My father always bought 3 of everything just in case- 1 used 2 stored away new- very lucky for me now. He was a barber for over 65 years in the same location so it’s nice to pass on his passion!
The photos are a bit blurred as they were taken off a TV special on my dad. This is a rare find to most avid barber collectibles
