    Description

    A souvenir set of 39 stamps from Vatican City in Rome, Italy.  This was purchased new in 1985 and has been kept in a Non-Smoking Home since then.  They are just as I purchased them - sealed and shrink wrapped on poster board.  Looks like a post card of Pope John Paul II is included.  The back of the poster board is marked No 39, also Francobolli Vaticani Souvenir.  Also 22,000 is written on it - I think that was the price in Lira that was paid for the set.  All stamps look new - has never been unwrapped.
