Cable Ties (Model PLT2S-C3). (Note: See close-up pictures of packaging for product details). These are no longer available from Panduit. I can't find any negative condition issues to mention, beyond normal signs of age and storage.
These weigh 4.6-Ounces, without counting additional for padded overpackaging.
Hopefully, from the pictures and my description, you can fully appreciate what is being offered here.
